As the lead collocation data center in Tacoma we like to give back to our surrounding community with time, money and services. Many of the members of our staff have dedicated their time to serving the Tacoma community. Optic Fusion loves to give back to their major supporters by donating hams to St. Leos food bank during the Holiday season or providing discounted services to local non-profits. As well as donating hams to the local food bank the colocation company is a sponsor at the yearly auction at Bellarmine Preparatory School here in Tacoma.
Bellarmine is near and dear to President and CEO of Optic Fusion Rick Shanaman as he and his two daughters attended the high school. Optic Fusion also gives discounted services to the Boys and Girls Club of Tacoma and as well as donating money President and CEO Rick Shanaman donates his time by sitting on the University of Washington: Tacoma Tech Advisory Board of Directors. Randy Stockwell the company’s Director of Facilities and Construction donates his time and effort to Relay For Life by sitting on the Board of Directors for Survivors. Throughout the past 12 years that Optic Fusion has been a company the directors have made an effort to give back to the Puget Sound region who welcomed them into their economic community with open arms.
